Our Story


After traveling the world and honing his culinary skills at the prestigious Western Culinary Institute, Montana native Morgan Milton found his way back home. His decade-long journey at Chico Hot Springs, where he rose to Executive Chef, laid the foundation for his culinary excellence. In 2013, Morgan took ownership of Pinky's Cafe in Livingston, transforming it into a beloved breakfast destination known for its classic yet refined approach.


Alongside his wife Jessica and their two sons, Jack and Elliot, Morgan's dream of establishing a presence in Bozeman finally came to fruition. After years of passing by the perfect location during his daily commute, he seized the opportunity when it became available, ensuring first that Pinky's Cafe would continue its legacy in Livingston under the careful stewardship of a longtime employee.
